Mark is a second generation funeral director, growing up in the family funeral business. Throughout his career Mark has owned and operated several funeral homes in southeast North Dakota with his father, Roger and brother, Scott Dahlstrom. Mark is a licensed Funeral Director in the state of North Dakota and is a member of the North Dakota Funeral Association. He served on various Board positions and also served as their President from 1991-1992. He also is licensed in South Dakota and Minnesota and able to conduct funeral services in those states. In 2004 Mark moved to Prairie Rose Ranch south of Napoleon, ND where he and his wife, Penny own and operate the Funeral Homes in Napoleon, Wishek and Kulm, ND. Mark raised cattle and small grains on the ranch. Mark is a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, Lions Club and the Antique Car Club all of Wishek, ND.

Penny grew up in her family automotive and floral business. She managed the floral business for four years before becoming the sole owner and operator from 1987 to 2003. Penny is active in all aspects of the funeral business. She enjoys decorating and updating the funeral homes which is an everchanging task. Spending time with their grandchildren, riding her horses, landscaping, and playing with their dogs are her passions.
Penny is a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church.

Blair owns and operates a cattle operation with his brothers north of Wishek, ND. He is married to Doreen and have four children; Michael, Stephanie, Amy and Aaron. Blair was a funeral director for the Nickish Funeral Home prior to Dahlstrom Funeral Home.

Willie is a retired postal carrier and is married to Alvina. Willie and Alvina have been part of the funeral home staff since 1995. They live in Napoleon, ND.
Arlen Herr

Arlen is a retired designer. He lived and worked in Minneapolis, MN. After his retirement he moved back to his hometown, Wishek, ND. Arlen joined the funeral home staff in 2005.

Tom was the Wishek City Chief of Police. He and his wife Kathy live in Wishek, ND. Tom is full time with the Funeral Home since his retirement. Tom worked for the Nickish Funeral Home for many years prior to Dahlstrom Funeral Home.

Bruce is a member of the Wishek Ambulance, Wishek Fire Dept and is employed at the Wishek Community Hospital. He and his wife Melissa have two children.
